Good job thus far! Try to develop her personality a bit more and think of ways she would behave if she were a real life person.
As for her weight, in BnHA, although 80% of the world has super powers and some are mutants, the body weights are realistic. For a 5'4" to be 88 pounds, she would be really unhealthy, sick and anorexic (unless that plays into her character.) A girl her age and height should be about 120 pounds. Someone who is 88 pounds would be an 8-11 year old.
And as for her quirk type, she would be a mutant because her quirk causes her to physically change forms. Emitters are more like people who release their quirk from their body.
A better weakness would be that through battle, the durability of her body wears down (for example, like you rub an eraser on paper too hard, you risk tearing it) or a weakness to water (water can cause paper to tear and be unusable.)
I hope you don't take my critiques as being rude or mean! I had the opposite intent. I really do think your OC has good potential to become a great character. I used to make OCs when I was really young and they all sucked and were super cringey (not saying that this is how I view yours.) I hope that you can continue to develop your characters and take joy and pride in them!
